COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rice Lake RLH35-1K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schmitt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ritz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schmitt such as the SB1420 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CELA05 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KSW731095022057199313 by Manufacturer Ritz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 1141100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ritz such as KSO18122095022923199693 equipment made by Ritz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ritz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ritz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1086664A made by Schott-Great-Lakes as well as the popular C40E0703CA010 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2706791 by Sick and KSO18122095022923199693 spares by Ritz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DLSC13601 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensotec. |
